Entry requirements

  • A Visa on Arrival (VoA) is available at all international airports for tourism purposes.
  • Stays of 15 days or shorter do not require a standard visa fee, but a mandatory administrative fee (approx. EUR 10) is charged.
  • For stays between 15 and 60 days, the visa fee is payable in cash (EUR or USD) upon arrival.
  • An e-visa (evisamada.gov.mg) can also be used to pre-authorize the entry.
