Entry requirements

  • Mauritania is listed as a Category C country by Zimbabwe's Department of Immigration.
  • Citizens must apply online at evisa.gov.zw and obtain visa approval before traveling.
  • Processing time averages 7 working days; apply at least 3 weeks before travel.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of arrival with 2-3 blank pages.
  • Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required (Mauritania is a yellow fever endemic country).

Stay

Single entry eVisa allows 30 days stay initially, extendable up to 90 days for tourism. Double entry valid for 3 months, multiple entry valid for 6 months from issue date.

Yellow Fever vaccination certificate required. Mauritania is a WHO-designated yellow fever risk country.
