- Eswatini is not among the visa-exempt countries (Benin, Burundi, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, Côte d'Ivoire, Niger, and Senegal).
- Visitors can obtain a visa upon arrival if staying for no more than seven days, at a cost of XAF 30,000 (or XAF 20,000 with advance approval from Immigration or Airport Police).
- Alternatively, apply for a visa through the Central African Republic diplomatic mission before arrival.

Health — Yellow fever
Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for entry.
